This California Privacy Notice is for California residents. As required in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the β€œCCPA”), this policy describes the rights available to California consumers (defined as California residents) regarding their personal information, and our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and sale of personal information. Your Rights as A California Resident

A. Right to Know and Access: This is your right to submit a verifiable request for information regarding the:

    1. categories of personal information collected or disclosed by Custom Wearhouse;
    2. purposes for which categories of personal information are collected by Custom Wearhouse;
    3. categories of sources from which Custom Wearhouse collects personal information; and
    4. specific pieces of personal information Custom Wearhouse has collected about you during the past twelve months. This right is subject to certain limitations under the CCPA;

In the last twelve (12) months, Custom Wearhouse has collected the following not all-inclusive categories and examples of personal information, as defined in the CCPA, about California consumers:

  1. Personal identifiers (e.g., real name, alias, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, account name, or other similar identifiers);
  2. Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code Β§ 1798.80(e)) (e.g., name, signature, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial information);
  3. Protected classification characteristics under California or federal law (e.g., birth date, birth time, birthplace, national origin, gender);Β

  5. Geolocation data (e.g., physical location or movements); and
  6. Inferences drawn from other personal information (e.g., profile reflecting a person’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes).

These sources include information you provide to us directly, such as when you contact or communicate with us, or when you establish a customer or user account;

We use the personal information we collect about you to provide you with reliable, high quality services, communicate with you, make improvements to our services, investigate theft, fraud, and other illegal activities, and to personalize your experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration for any purpose, including advertising, but the Custom Wearhouse may disclose or make available the personal information identified earlier in this policy for limited reasons.

The CCPA prohibits businesses from discriminating against California consumers for exercising any of their rights under the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
